Co-Founder
Bill has nearly 50 years of experience in the automotive field, specializing in restoring and repairing vintage motor vehicles. With deep roots in the community, he has owned several successful local businesses and comes from the family behind Joe Workman’s, a longtime local retail chain. Bill served as president of the Laurel Highlands British Car Club for 10 years and remains committed to strengthening and supporting the community. He enjoys music, the arts, travel, and motorsports, and values time with the people who matter most. Bill is also proud of his adult son and daughter‑in‑law, both connected to nonprofit work, which fuels his own passion for service.

Steve brings a profound dedication to service and four
decades of corporate leadership to Keys2Caring. A veteran of the US Army, Steve
transitionally fused his mission-driven mindset with a stellar 40-year career
at a major global logistics corporation. Over his tenure, he mastered the
complexities of large-scale operations, strategic planning, and team
management. Now, as Co-Founder of Keys2Caring, Steve leverages this unique
combination of military discipline and corporate expertise to streamline the
organization's daily operations and scale its community impact. Outside of his
work with Keys2Caring, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling the
world and tinkering with everything mechanical.
